This Italian designed yacht stands out from the rest. She has had an extensive upgrade and refurbishment by her fastidious owner. I have never seen such an immaculate engine room.
She has 2 Caterpillar 3176B engines which cruise effortlessly at 20 knots and reach a top speed of 30 knots and she can deal with any adverse weather conditions that may arise.
She is an exceptionally comfortable and well fitted out vessel with a master cabin, 2 double cabins, a single cabin and another cabin with bunk beds. The master cabin has a walk in wardrobe and a separate study. Both heads have showers. Th... read more

The Oyster SJ 35 is a good looking boat. This example has been cruised for nearly 30 years by the same owner which is reflected in all the cruising equipment.

Here's a 'proper little ship' that could take the competent and adventurous sailor anywhere where there is sufficient water to sail. A handsome design to please the eye and rugged construction from a quality builder in the days when GRP was still something of a novelty but traditional boat building skills were still in abundance These long keeled designs were prized for sea keeping performance in the days when sailors sailed in preference to spending the season entertaining friends in the marina . No concessions to comforts like heating, showers or hot water certainly, but a hull, keel and rig... read more
The Halcyon 27 is a traditional offshore heavy displacement cruiser. This example is the best that I have seen, she has undergone a comprehensive renovation over the years, details of which can be provided if required.
She has been well cared and maintained by her fastidious owner, who has cruised her in the Bristol Channel, the Scilly Isles and Ireland. He reports that she is a seakindly boat capable of handling the most adverse of conditions.

One of my all time favourites from the Drascombe range, I first encountered the Drascombe Drifter whilst serving in the Falkland Islands following the unhappy events of 1982. In 1987 I arrived down South , a type of normality had been established (Normal for Falklands) ; Mare Harbour had been constructed for the use of the Royal Navy (although it was run by the Army) so naturally, as an RAF Officer, I was put in charge of the two recreational sailing boats based therein! As I said, normal for Falklands! The boats, though sadly weather beaten and neglected afforded me and my crew, plus othe... read more
The Beneteau First 35S5 is a stylish, roomy, fast cruiser with good accommodation and with her powerful rig and deep fin keel she makes a very good 'round the cans' club racer too. Our offering here at Boatshed Wales, Neyland, is from the late '80's but she has had some serious recent upgrades to her in the way of epoxy coating below the waterline, rod rigging, interior varnish work and new windows in 2014. She was also re-engine'd in 2001. A fast and stylish cruiser with eight berths.
These boat details are subject to contract.

A One-Off, this Drascombe Driver Cruiser 'Egeria' (Egeria was a nymph attributed a legendary role in the early history of Rome as a divine consort) was built in Scotland by the highly regarded Norman Whyte of Findhorn, to the requirements of one Stephen Schlemmer, himself a highly regarded Drascombe enthusiast. This Cyclades 39 is one of Beneteau most popular models, and rightly so. With 3 x good size cabins, 2 heads, great cockpit size and twin helm, she really is the best designed 39 footer out there. This example is in A1 condition! The current (second) owner is retired and has spent several happy seasons on her, with some very credible cruising logs to boast about. A trans Atlantic not least of which. With all the spare time available, the owner has lavished lots of energy on her maintenance and upkeep. The feeling of a very together and well found boat is immediately apparent as soon as you step... read more
