ACCOMMODATION: For her size this boat has an extremely spacious interior with up 4 Berths.The main cabin from companion way to Bow is open plan with Heads and Navigation table to Starboard and Galley to Port. Forward of these are two Long Bench Berths either side of the table and a forward triangular cushion area leading into to the Bows.Through the Galley area and astern of the companionway is a good-sized Double Berth.The Galley has space for a double burner gimbaled cooker. There is a sink unit with plenty of storage lockers. At the bottom of the companion way in the Galley / Chart table area there is 5ft 7" headroom with a glazed hatch in centre giving 5ft 9"
DOMESTIC EQUIPMENT: Galley to Starboard, Microwave, Galley sink with 12.3 Gallon Plastic Water Tank (New) installed beneath (Flex) Icebox. DECK EQUIPMENT: In the cockpit there is a sizeable self-draining locker on the port side which can house a gas bottle as well as the 5 fenders and warps.There is one main Danforth anchor (Plough) with chain and warp which can be stowed in a good-sized anchor locker on the Foredeck. Pushpit, Pulpit and guard rails. Sprayhood and dodgers with boats name on. Cockpit cushions Boarding ladder and platform. Tiller steering. Spinnaker pole. 2 Sheet winches (self-tail). This boat benefits from a sugar scoop stern with a stern ladder and small bathing platform.This gives extremely easy access to the cockpit from here, for coming aboard from a small tender.
Decks are GRP, Wood is oiled, Windows - Perspex.
ENGINE: The Inboard Engine fitted is a Yanmar 9HP Diesel which has been Serviced and winterised every season from new and is in extremely good condition (last serviced March 2018 including internal engine diode).) 2 batteries. Fixed 2 blade prop, Shaft drive. The Diesel inlet is mounted in the Deck on the Starboard side Stern of the cockpit which feeds down to a 25 Litre fuel tank. Maximum speed of 6 knots and cruising speed of 4 -5 knots.
SPARS, RIGGING & SAILS: The Mast and Boom are Aluminum and the standing rigging Stainless Steel all of which are in very good condition. The sails are also in good condition with a Roller Reefing Genoa and a Lazy Jack system mainsail (2011 – JKA) with cover. Spare mainsail in fair condition. All lines led aft to cockpit. New Sprayhood.
ELECTRONICS: She has a Silva Compass, Echo sounder, Log. Lawrence Link 5 DSC VHF Radio. Mag and Lawrence Elite 4M GPS. Navigation Lights/Steaming Lts/Tri-Col M/H Lt/Anchor Lt.
SAFETY EQUIPMENT: Danbuoy, One lifebuoy. Distress flares, Manual fire extinguisher, 2 bilge pumps (electric) Foghorn and Safety line.
