One of seven produced this is a unique opportunity to acquire a quite rare motor yacht, ideal for cruising or spacious live aboard with good open living space and fore and aft sleeping cabins. There is a cockpit tent aft which affords additional extra internal space. The flybridge is easily accessed from the stern.
This Nautor Swan 47, not to be confused with the sailing yacht of the same name, is a motor yacht.
With a good accessible engine room, housing 2 x Diesel 400 hp, V8 Caterpillar D336200 engines together with a 7KVA generator (165 hours), the engines were started and purred along ni...

A highly innovative boat in the 80's, the Van de Stadt-designed Dehler is a very competent cruiser-racer and more than capable of extended offshore passages.
She's a previous winner of the North Sea race and still holds the mono-hull record for the passage!
This particular example has been well looked after by her owner in the 15 years he's had her.
Fantastic accommodation for up to 8 on board, in 3 cabins, with saloon. Comfortable expansive seating for the entire crew and a good-sized, well-equipped galley.
There is an extensive suite of sails, both for cruising and racing.

The large sail plan is easily handled with electric winches and in mast furling.
Below deck interior space is vast with raised saloon and helm station area. It also incorporates a lower saloon next to the galley area.
Forward is the master cabin with ensuite heads/shower. The two double aft cabins also incorporate ensuite heads.
What it quite unique is the twin 80hp turbo dies...

This moores 35 centre cockpit is very original and is a time warp and a credit to her owners over the years. With that classic wooden boat look she has the added benefit of a GRP hull so gives the best of both worlds with far less maintenance required. Her topside appear to be in very good order having been professionally maintained at a local wooden boat specialist yard for many years. Her varnish work on the super structure is all very good and her wood shows a pleasing patina of life rather than issues. Her decks have all been replaced by the yard and the hull recently repainted and als...

This is a fabulous, classic Dutch barge, built in the Netherlands around mid-1920.
She was brought over to be refurbished and is still, sadly, an ongoing project.
Her interior is being refurbished to a very high standard, as can be seen from the photos.
Her hull and exterior have been well cleaned and maintained.
Her Gardner 5LW engine was a fully refurbished unit in 2012 and fired up first time!
She clearly still requires work, but will make a beautiful cruiser/liveaboard when finished.

This is an incredible looking boat - extremely sporty and easy on the eye and filled with feelgood factor for her lucky owners!
She's been fantastically kitted out in every aspect, from the most comprehensive navigation suite that I've seen, to lots of personal touches everywhere - all designed to enhance her performance as a great fast getaway for a couple, or as a serious fisher for a group of friends - with the right coding she may even make a good charter fisher.
She's light, bright, clean, airy and smells good - lots of room on the foredeck for lounging and lots of room in the cockp...

This the best example I have ever seen of these Beneteau Oceanis 323 Clippers. It is immaculate and obvious the owners have taken great care in maintaining the vessel.
They installed Eberspacher heating and renewed all the canvas work. The sails were replaced in 2016. It has in mast furling, which they say they have been very happy with.
The Yanmar engine started instantly and ran smoothly.
They have had the boat from almost new and the interior and exterior show none of the scuffs and scratches that most boats approaching 20 years old inevitably incur. The cabin sole looks like no on...

This is a lovely example of a relatively rare Bunbury Little Gem De-luxe, built by Stenson in Derbyshire.
She will come with a new Boat Safety to June 2030.
She is reverse layout, but the bow can convert to an L-shaped lounge, and the saloon can convert to a double. So accommodation for 4. The saloon has a very nice diesel stove and the bedroom has an electric radiator.
Decent-sized shower and heads with a washbasin are midships.
Good galley, equipped as needed.
Recent double-glazed windows and steel doors have made her a secure boat.
The engine is a Shire (Yanmar) 30hp.
